Before: best layout if the product bleeds all four edges - 4up, or 12,500 sheets to produce 50,000.

After: best layout if the product only bleeds three edges - 5up, or 10,000 sheets to produce 50,000.

Difference: for 50,000 copies considering the bleeds saves 2,500 sheets - 20% of the stock.
