Rohan Holt - Founder, Software Developer

After a decade in the printing industry Rohan Holt founded Holt Software in 1995 with a vision to develop a software program to help printers quickly create layout documents - that vision became "SuperImpose". In 1999 Mr. Holt sold Holt Software to Seattle-based company ScenicSoft, and SuperImpose was adapted and renamed UpFront®. Holt left ScenicSoft in 2002, before they were acquired by Creo Inc., and founded LithoTechnics in 2003.

John Eames - Chief Financial Officer

John Eames joined LithoTechnics in 2010 and brings with him a wealth of experience from the graphic arts software industry. Mr. Eames was Chief Financial Officer at ScenicSoft from 1998 to 2002, reporting to the President and CEO. After Creo acquired ScenicSoft in 2002, Mr. Eames took on the position of Treasurer at Creo Americas, Inc. Prior to ScenicSoft, Mr. Eames held key financial positions at two other software development companies: WinEstimator, Inc. and Proficiency Software, owned by John Wagner Associates, Inc.

Alex Kostoski - Senior Architect, Software Developer

Mr. Kostoski has been developing commercial software since 1985, and is a specialist in middleware and systems integration. Kostoski has worked as a software engineer and IT manager on projects for companies such as IBM, Cisco Systems, and Australia's two largest telecommunications providers, Telstra and Optus.

Davo Laninga - Technical Sales & Support Manager, USA

Davo joined ScenicSoft in 1996 after 12 years in graphic production and prepress. For the next 10 years Davo held roles in Technical Support, Training and Technical Sales Support for Scenicsoft, Creo and Kodak as those companies successively merged. Davo was most recently the Subject Matter Expert for Kodak UpFront® before joining LithoTechnics in 2006.

Philip Glorian - Technical Sales & Support Manager, Europe

Philip joined LithoTechnics in 2010, after having worked in both the vendor and the production side of the graphic arts. Philip's experience includes training and technical support to ScenicSoft's EMEA resellers and OEM's, followed by product marketing for TrapWise and UpFront. Philip's responsibilities at ScenicSoft included liaising with MIS and finishing vendors at CIP4 interop meetings in order to assist their JDF integration with UpFront. Recently, Philip strengthened his expertise in digital print working as technical consultant for Ricoh.

Sonia Ransom - Administration Manager, US

Sonia joined LithoTechnics in 2011 to manage the Edmonds office. She brings 30 years of experience in bookkeeping, office management, sales support, and marketing.

Jeff Thomas - Quality Assurance, US

Jeff joined LithoTechnics in 2011. He has 21 years of experience in the printing industry starting with Rainier Color, in Seattle, and then moving on to Harlequin-Global Graphics doing software quality assurance and technical support for such products as the Harlequin RIP.

Matt Beals - Technical Support, US

Matt joined LithoTechnics in 2011. He has 21 years of experience in the printing industry starting as a service bureau technician. He is a recognized PDF and workflow automation expert who has worked with many leading industry software and hardware developers.
